Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the xe88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for understanding the limits and conditions associated with each payment method they use.
Deposits must be made using payment methods supported by xe88. Users must use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits using another person's card or account are strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, and other elements on the xe88 platform are the exclusive property of xe88 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from xe88.

Account Suspension & Closure
Xe88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any of the stated terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if xe88 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used unlawfully.
Users whose accounts have been suspended may appeal through xe88's customer support channels within 14 days of the suspension date.
Changes to Terms
Xe88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
